Stinky room, small T.V. very friendly staff. But, next time, I would splurge for €25 more and stay at Best Western!
Too cheap for my budget. At €75 a night, would rather spend 20 more and go to a chain or nicer one!

Breakfast (Germans are good at this) you start the day with a great breakfast. You don't even think about lunch for a while. The size of the room. In Germany the Hotel rooms are small, and if you travel with the family you would have to pay for two rooms, I had one room here.
They do not have parking. In Berlin this is a problem. You need a small vehicle in order to fit in a parking space, if available.

The room (at the back of the hotel) was clean and quiet
Very unprepossessing indeed from the front (website picture misleading); receptionist working in the cramped breakfast room below street level; little English spoken; access to underground car park awkward; cars stacked etc; rooms at front would be very noisy

I hate being such a pessimist but literally there was nothing I enjoyed about this hotel.
Website pictures extremely misleading. Hotel staff spoke absolutely no English. Free parking nearby is a myth and cheap parking is only available with early reservation so they charge you a lot to park in the underground parking garage. Room was very grimy and didn't have a/C. Avoid at all costs.

The staff were all helpful and friendly. The location was perfect for us - outside the green zone (we have an old car) with easy access to the U-Bahn. Offroad parking was provided. It was very good value for a large family - 3 separate rooms and a large bathroom.
Maybe the street and surrounding buildings appear a bit old and dirty and in need of some cleaning and restoration.

Hotel is located in the area where you can leave your car at and visit Berlin city using public transport. The staffs were helpful, friendly and Co-operative. Breakfast was ok and adequate room to stay with young children.
It would be helpful if Staffs in the reception can speak English as it is being an international language and it is expectation of others nationalities.

The staff could have had a better knowledge of English.

Beware of rooms facing to a very busy street!
